Before Maryland: Team captain at Lebanon high school during the 2006-07 season ... named MVP during the 2006-07 season...named New Hampshire All-Star representative to New England High School Swimming Championships...holds four team records at Lebanon High School...earned the Ben Nye Award for Leadership, Determination, Team Spirit and Swimming Excellence in 2007 for the North Country Aquatic Club...held captain position for her club team in 2006-07...also earned two varsity for Cross Country at Lebanon High School.

Personal: Daughter of David and Laurie...mother Laurie was the women's team captain at Central Connecticut State University in 1979-80...hobbies include photography...lists Patrick Murphy as her favorite athlete...chose Maryland because of the campus, size of the school and swim team's achievements and coaching staff... also recruited by Marist College, St. Lawrence University and Keene State College.
