Personal: Son of Karen and Jerry Spessard ... has two sisters, Julie and Laura ... hobbies and interests include sports, cars and anything with an adrenaline rush ... was a member of Student Government and the Vice President of Future Business Leaders of America in high school ... biggest athletic thrill came when he hit a walk-off home run against a rival school his sophomore year of high school ... majoring in Agricultural and Resource economics.
